By registering and creating an account with us, using our products and services, visiting our Platforms or simply engaging with us over the phone, via email, in person or by any other means, the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will apply to you.

Capitalised terms in this Privacy Policy are defined in section 17, unless otherwise stated.

We operate psychological tests that operate in the Bangka Belitung province area. This Privacy Policy covers our businesses operating under the following brands:

We collect different types of information about you depending on how you interact with us and use our products and services. For example:

To sign up as a Registered User on our Platforms (whether you are a Candidate or an Advertiser), you will need to provide basic information such as your name and email address.

If you are a Candidate, if you choose to create a Profile and/or if you are applying assessment, depending on the Advertiser, we may collect additional Personal Information about you on behalf of the Advertiser. The main types of information (including Personal Information) we may collect includes but is not limited to:

General Data : For all Registered Users: name, email address and password.

Contact Data : Email address, mobile phone number, other contact number, home address, contact address

Photo : Registered Users

In most cases, we do not need to collect your Sensitive Information when you interact with us. You may not disclose any Sensitive Information to us that is unnecessary or irrelevant to disclose. Candidates should pay attention to this during the assessment process

We collect your Personal Information directly from you (including but not limited to) when you register and create an account with us, use any of our products and services (including when you communicate with us) or simply visit our Platforms.

We collect Personal Information from you which we have a legal basis to collect and is necessary for the purposes set out below

To communicate with you about your use of our products and services and to provide you with technical and other support ⁠We may contact you and provide information relevant to your use of the Platforms, products or services and to provide you with technical and other support.

It is important for us to Process your Personal Information in order to provide our products and services to you. If you do not want your information to be Processed for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, you may need to cease using our Platforms, products or services or engaging with us.

We also require your Personal Information to meet our legal obligations. For applications, part of your Profile will be shared with assessors. When this is necessary, your Profile (which may include your General Data, Contact Data) will be shared with the Assessor.

We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of our systems and to protect your Personal Information from misuse, interference and loss as well as unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Any Personal Information which we hold is stored on secure servers and protected in controlled facilities

Users access our mobile applications (Our Apps), we use third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services that collect information regarding your use of Our Apps, including tracking of app installs and re-engagement. This information is used to customize Our Applications that appear on third party sites/applications and are targeted at User usage preferences

We retain your Personal Information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and retained as set out in this Privacy Policy or until such time as you request us to delete your Personal Information, after which we will take reasonable steps to delete your Personal Information (if required under applicable Privacy Laws).

When contacting us directly and making a request under this section, we may ask you to provide information to verify your identity before proceeding with the request. Depending on the circumstances and requirements under applicable Privacy Laws, we may not be able to fulfill a particular request from you. We will engage with you where we are unable to fulfill a particular request. You can also contact us to request access to any additional Personal Information rights that may be available to you under applicable Privacy Laws. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably practicable, and in accordance with applicable Privacy Laws.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you are updated on any changes. In some circumstances, depending on the nature of the changes, you will be notified of the changes to this Privacy Policy prior to them taking effect if required to do so under applicable Privacy Laws. By continuing to use our Platforms, products or services, you agree to any modifications that are made to this Privacy Policy.

You can also contact us and request a copy of this Privacy Policy in hard copy or in another format that suits your particular needs. This Privacy Policy may be translated into the local language in the relevant territory. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy in the English language version and the localised version, the English language version shall prevail. The localised version shall be deemed to be automatically amended to conform with and made consistent with the English language version.

Assessor : An individual who is authorized by a psychologist to provide psychological assessments.

Applicant : People who request psychological services.

Personal Information : Information (including Sensitive Information) that identifies an individual or could reasonably identify an individual, including facts and opinions, whether they are true or not.
